We believe that readers are harder to reach than ever, but good speakers create a positive environment for their book's reception. Thus we want authors who are already successful communicators. Publishing a book can be a rewarding experience, but it is not often lucrative. We do not inflate our prices to support high margin retail operations and online distributors. We transact business on our own web site. Authors with high expectations of handsome remuneration for their works should go elsewhere and perhaps consider self-publishing where they can put their own capital at risk and if successful, increase their returns. Authors who have dreamed of seeing their books in bookstores and online, should seek another publisher who works within the retail channel.

Book Proposal
Here are the questions you will need to address in your proposal to us:

1. Why are you interested in writing the work –what are your expectations? We want to know if we can meet your expectations. If we can't meet your expectations, we don't want to disappoint.
   
   
2. What is it that you want to create? What do you call it? How did you come about the idea? Do you have a detailed outline? Sample chapter or chapters?
   
   
3. How are you qualified to write the work?
   
   
4. Who is the intended audience?
   
   
5. What are the unique compelling features of your work? What will your work have that will appeal so strongly to its intended audience that they will buy it?
   
   
6. What kind of experience do you have speaking and writing about sports and the topic? What do you do for a living, what are your hobbies and what kind of organizations do you belong to? What else can you tell us about yourself that is pertinent?
